When can I download the mobile app?

How do I place an order in the bot?
Send `/yangi` to @ZuvExpressBot — the bot will ask for the route, parcel description, and recipient phone.
What if no driver responds?
If no one picks up within 30 minutes, the operator gets a DM and finds a driver manually, or you wait for the next trip.
What if the parcel gets lost?
The driver is responsible. The operator also helps as a mediator — every order is logged.
